Overview
A collector is a device used in mobile equipment such as cranes to collect electrical energy. It transmits electrical energy to the mobile equipment through contact with sliding contact wires, and can also transmit control signals and provide safety protection functions. The collector carbon brush is a core conductive component made of copper graphite alloy, which directly slides in contact with the sliding contact wire guide rail to achieve electrical energy conduction.
Product Description:
Name:Steel collector
Rated current: 800A-1200A
Voltage: 600V-3000V
Carbon brush material:copper/graphite
Maintenance focus:
Regularly check the wear of the electric brush (it is recommended to replace it every 6 months).
Clean the surface of the guide rail and collector brush to prevent dust from affecting conductivity.
Adjust the tension device pressure to avoid poor contact caused by spring fatigue.
